How anyone could not love peanut butter just astounds me. It’s one of my favorite things, morning, noon, or night. When I first set out at making dog treats, I found a plethora of peanut butter dog treat recipes. Sometimes, animals just know a good thing when they see it. This is what happens when you make Sunshine peanut butter dog treats:
She may look like she’s sitting patiently, waiting for her treat, but that lasts about a second before the jumping starts and her yippy demanding begins. Then, she takes it, runs into the other room and devours it. Too cute for words sometimes.
These treats come together quickly but need to bake for 40 minutes so that they’re crunchy. They also come together in one bowl, like the baby food dog treats, so making your favorite four-legged friend delicious baked goods really doesn’t require much clean up. I cut these into hearts in celebration of Valentine’s Day coming up, but you can use any shape you like.
